Auction Staff

Keith Baldwin, President: Graduate of Darlington School 1990, Graduate of Kansas City Missouri Auction School 1994, Graduate of Tennessee Technological University in 1995.  Keith has over 22 years of auction experience.  Besides being a licensed auctioneer in several states, he is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and in a number of other states. He has been involved in conducting multi million dollar auctions across the United States.  Keith conducts the annual American Red Cross Super Supper Benefit Auction, National Wild Turkey Federation Benefit Auctions in a number of cities in Alabama, the Ducks Unlimited Benefit Auction as well as auctions for a number of other charitable organizations. His expertise is in selling real estate and equipment at auction for Top Dollar.  He is the 1999 Alabama bid calling Grand Champion Auctioneer and is a past President and member of the Alabama Auctioneers Association, member of the National Auctioneers Association and is the current President of the Centre Lions Club.  A devoted Christian and family man, he is married to Holly Baldwin.  Holly and Keith have one daughter, Hayden.

Holly Baldwin, Vice President:  Graduate of University of Georgia, 1995.   Holly oversees the marketing and advertising campaigns for each auction and also handles Public Relations for American Auctioneers, LLC.  With a degree in Marketing and having worked with several large companies in the Marketing and Advertising departments, Holly has a wealth of knowledge and experience to draw from.  Her main objective is to design and implement marketing and media strategies to insure  the buying public is aware and to draw them to our auctions.  Holly is a dedicated mother to Hayden and wife to Keith.
